DISCOVER LE MAS DU BRUCHET

Located at the heart of the Alps, the bed & breakfast is a peaceful place to sit back and unwind

A charming and authentic place

"In the upper reaches of Meylan, close to the slope of the mountain, there was a small white cottage, surrounded with vineyards and gardens, from where there is a plunging view on the Isère valley", thus spoke Berlioz about this place, where he enjoyed taking walks.

The small white cottage is still there, together with its vineyard. Anne-Marie and Mike Ferguson converted the adjacent old barn into a charming Bed & Breakfast, with four modern and refined bedrooms.

Our spacious and comfortable rooms incites one to relax
and take in the wonderful natural surroundings.

Come and unwind in a haven of calm far from the
urban hustle and nestled in the heart of a vineyard.

Enjoy a peaceful and magnificent panorama, an attentive welcome,  a perfect break in unique surroundings.

The Mas du Bruchet B&B is surrounded by a one-hectare vineyard of Verdesse,
one of the most ancient grape varietal of the Grésivaudan valley, near Grenoble.

The Vineyard

The vineyard used to cover hillsides going from Grenoble to Chambéry but disappeared from the local landscape in 1920.
We took over in 1998, planted back the vineyard and since then produce Verdesse, an ancient and local grape variety.
